In an organization we have many servers, each server can have more than one accounts and atleast one administrative account. Those administrative accounts will not be known to all users due to security issue. So using Password Manager you can achieve this. One user will have access permission to all account of all server and he can create a group of all account or accounts which user can have view or modify excluding the administrative passwords and can give share to such created resource group to the users.
Using Password Manager you can give three type of sharing to users:
Read only access to users : With this permission user can only view the shared passwords. They wont have permission to change the shared password.
Read/Write access to users : With this permission user can view or change the shared passwords.
Manage access to users : With this permission the user will have all permission that owner of the password has.
